REGULAR ORDERS : Available stock orders are shipped each Monday and Tuesday. Processing begins as soon as the order is placed. Due to the nature of the product and limited stock, orders are non cancellable. Eggs are collected during the week/end. Tracking numbers will be issued. Check your junk folder on a desktop if you have not received it.
PREORDERS: are scheduled to be shipped between March and June 2025, in the order it was received. Once your order is ready for processing, you will receive an email notification, and your eggs will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. A tracking number will also be provided, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. Turkey and Guinea Fowl eggs will be shipped between May and June. Sooner if possible. Keep in mind Manitoba has later laying schedules than some of the warmer provinces. So get your order in to preserve your spot. Preorders take priority. Only left over egg estimates will be available to purchase during the high season.
If you would like your preorder to be shipped before March or after June 2025, please feel free to reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Additionally, if you have specific dates in mind where you would prefer not to receive your order (for instance, if you’re going on vacation), please notify us at least 14 days in advance. This will help ensure I can fulfill your request, as last-minute changes may be difficult. Preorder dates cannot be guaranteed. If you are wanting only a specific date, please place from the available now eggs for when you are ready for them. However, this cannot guarantee stock availability. Preorders take priority.
ORDER CHANGES: Due to a new store software system, orders can no longer be changed. If you wish to add on to your order, a new order will be required to be placed. This means, shipping costs will be required for a second order. Note that shipping fees are now calculated based on weight and how many eggs are purchased, which includes the size of the box the system detects will be required. Your order will be shipped in two separate orders.
Please note that all orders are final sale and non-cancelable. However, if you have any questions or need updates regarding your order, don’t hesitate to email anytime. Any other questions not related to your immediate order, please check the website FAQ and other resources as the website has been updated with extensive information including trouble shooting regarding your hatch.
Please note this is a single-person operated farm. Office hours are somewhat limited due to the commitment to caring for the birds. As a result, email responses may take anywhere from one to five business days. You patience is very much appreciated.
