REfund Policy

Breezy Bird Farms does not offer refunds or returns on hatching egg purchases. These niche and unique shipped goods are final sale items. While we stand behind the quality of our heritage poultry hatching eggs, we understand that issues can sometimes arise due to factors outside of our control, such as shipping conditions or the customer's incubation methods. Eggs are extremely fragile items. Please use the troubleshooting assistance located on the website if for further assistance. 

Customers are responsible for properly caring for and incubating the eggs and for their final outcome. 

Be sure purchasing shipped hatching egg risks are for you!  

 We recommend closely following our Egg Incubation Guide to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We'll do our best to help diagnose the problem if further assistance is needed, but cannot be held accountable for unhatched or non-viable eggs.

Shipping and Handling Fees


Please note that all shipping and handling and packaging fees associated with your hatching egg order are non-refundable.

Breezy Bird Farms offers discounted shipping rates and even covers a portion of the shipping costs to make delivery as affordable as possible for our customers. Additionally, the packaging materials required to safely transport the fragile hatching eggs incur inherent costs.

Due to these subsidies and packaging fees, we are unable to refund any shipping or handling charges, even in the case of unhatched or non-viable eggs or late shipments. The shipping costs are a separate line item from the cost of the hatching eggs themselves.

We hope you understand that this policy is necessary to maintain the sustainability of our small, one-person operation. Thank you for your support and understanding.
